How Consignment Works

1. Discuss Your Equipment

Tell us about your trailer, equipment, or machinery.
We review the details and determine whether it is a good fit for our sales lot.
We selectively accept consignments to maintain a high-quality inventory.

2. Pricing & Terms

Work together to establish a competitive asking price.
Agree on transparent consignment terms.
Set realistic expectations based on current market conditions.

3. Professional Marketing

Professionally photograph your equipment.
Create detailed online and in-store listings.
Market your equipment using our website, social media, and high-visibility highway location.
Respond to buyer inquiries and schedule viewings.

4. Sales & Transaction Management

Negotiate offers on your behalf.
Coordinate inspections and buyer communications.
Prepare and complete all required documentation.
Manage the sale from offer acceptance through closing.

5. Payment & Ownership Transfer

Once the transaction is complete and funds have cleared, you are paid according to the consignment agreement.
We facilitate the transfer of ownership and finalize the paperwork with the buyer.

Insurance

Equipment remains the responsibility of the owner while on consignment.
Consignors are responsible for maintaining adequate insurance coverage throughout the consignment period.
